Rev. William Stark - Foreign Missions Coodinator Rev. William Stark is a retired pastor, who has joined the Church on the MOVE in its outreach method. Rev. Stark is responsible for the foreign missions sponsorship program entitled “Faith Promise”. Our local church theme is “Giving Beyond Our Walls”. Since the church has been giving unselfishly to missions, our members have experience tremendous blessing that only God can give.
